RACE SOS Asistencia 2.5.1

Being a member of Club RACE ensures you are never alone, no matter where you are. In case of an incident, this service will rescue you and your loved ones.

Every effort will be made to repair the breakdown on-site, and if not possible, a replacement vehicle will be provided. Your car will also be taken to a workshop.

Thanks to the RACE SOS application, you will be geolocated so you do not have to worry about your location. RACE SOS will identify your position through your device's GPS.

By pressing the "Request Assistance" button, a connection will be established with our Operations Center, which will receive your request details along with your position data. We will call to confirm your location and assess the service needs based on the issue at hand to provide the best assistance for your incident.

Furthermore, you will have your RACE membership card in the application. You can use it to access AENA's VIP lounges in Spain's main airports and request access to VIP lounges in international airports.
